U spoke about picking me up from my workplace.
U spoke about delivering me herbal tea.

U've done neither.

He said nothing,
just waited 2 hours for me to complete my paper
just to pass me a bottle of herbal tea.

He said nothing,
just made a trip down to my place just to pick up my watch to get it fixed,
then making a second trip to return it to me.

He said nothing,
just almost came down just to help me start my bbq fire when I merely joked about it.

And not once did he try to put me down.
Not once, did he ever attempt to try to insult me.
He always spares me a listening ear,
and he genuinely cares.

He doesn't talk about caring,
he just CARES.

So what makes u think U've earned the right to criticise me for being materialistic?

Because u think so,
u've missed the chance to enjoy a bus ride with me.

Are u even aware that I enjoy long bus rides,
as much as I enjoy cruising around in a four wheel?

Do u know that with the right company,
I very much prefer long, never-ending bus rides,
than any smooth drives?

Did u even realise tha the instant I stop trying to defend myself,
I stopped giving a damn about how I seem to u?

I just cldn't be bothered anymore.

Talk IS cheap.

And if I'm that materialistic,
I wldn't spend my precious time on u.
